Your payment is charged immediately after your order is successfully placed. If a payment fails or the order is canceled before processing, no amount will be deducted or the full amount will be automatically refunded.

Orders & Return

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime from your Nasad Store account under the “My Orders” section.

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, while international orders may take longer. Estimated delivery times are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

We offer a 30‑day hassle‑free return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

To request a return or refund, log in to your Nasad Store account, go to “My Orders,” and select the item you’d like to return. Follow the on‑screen instructions, or contact our support team if you need assistance.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
